Join us for a 3 day introduction to how we translate Burgundy food and wine here at the Domaine de Cromey.  We’ll look at Burgundy Basics: the ingredients, specialties and classic recipes that make Burgundy a culinary destination. You’ll learn techniques that transcend recipes and that will give you the confidence to explore your own ideas. And we’ll spice it all with themed wine tastings that will bring Burgundy ‘terroir’ to the table and to food pairings.

200 Euro per Night /Minimum 3 Night Stay
3 DAY WORKSHOP 700 EUROS  per Person
Those traveling with a Workshop participant but not participating themselves can dine for 150 euros for the lunch and 2 dinners included in the Workshop program.

THESE PRICES INCLUDE: 2 Gourmet dinners, 1 lunch and 3 breakfasts at the house, fine estate-bottled Burgundy wines to accompany meals. Hors d”Oeuvre demonstration, Elegant Buffet Workshop, Gastronomique Workshop. Maid service.
THESE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: 1 lunch and 1 dinner out to be taken on your own, entry fees for sites visited during free time, ground transportation (you will need a car), trip cancellation and travel insurance, use of telephone and staff gratuities. Extra activities such as golf and horseback riding are also not included in the price.
